Benzoin (Styrax Benzoin) Pure Essential Oil 10mls.

This dense, resinous oil is useful for soothing aching muscles, joints, rheumatism, arthritis, and poor circulation. Boosts the immune system against flu. It can be used to treat inflammed, chapped, irritated skin and eczema.

Emotionally, it can be used in the treatment of stress and nervous tension. A sedative oil.

Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia) Pure Essential Oil 10mls.

Bergamot balances the appetite and soothes flatulence. It can be used (in a bath) to treat thrush, cystitis, leucorrhoea and itching. Helpful against infectious complaints, colds, fever and flu.

Emotionally it is a wonderful mood enhancer, relieving anxiety and depression, and bringing a sense of joy. 

Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana) Pure Essential Oil 10mls.

Used to treat lymphatic and circulatory congestion. An astringent oil, good for tautening the skin. Insect repellant. Add to shampoo for healthy hair and scalp. Strengthens the immune system against infection. An expectorant oil, helps to break down mucus. Sedative.

Emotionally, cedarwood is a strengthening oil, encouraging endurance and perseverance. Supportive in challenging situations.

This variety is gentler than Cedarwood Atlas, and can be used in pregnancy.

Chamomile Roman (Anthemis Nobilis) Pure Essentil Oil 5mls.

This useful and gentle oil can be used to treat inflammed joints, muscular pain, sprains; indigestion, nausea and colic; painful menstruation, menopausal problems, menorrhagia and PMS; headache, migraine and insomnia; acne, burns, cuts, earache, eczema, bites, hair care, allergic rashes, sensitive skin and toothache.

A wonderful oil to help instill a feeling of calmness and contentment. Gentle enough for babies and children.

Cinnamon Leaf (Cinamonum Zeylanicum) Pure Essential Oil 10mls.

Can be used in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, aches and pains; diarrhoea, spasms and sluggish digestion; period pains, frigidity, childbirth (aids contractions); infectious disease; lice, tooth and gum care, warts; calming for the respiratory system.

Juniper (Juniperus Communis) Pure Essential Oil 10mls.

Juniper is a detoxifying oil, which can be used in the treatment of obesity, gout, celullitis, arthritis and general toxic build-up. It is a tonic for over-indulgence! It can also be used to treat leocorrhoea, cystitis, amenorrhoea, enlarged prostate and dysmenorrhoea; infections, colds and flu; dermatitis, weaping eczema, acne, blocked pores, psioriasis and dandruff. Encourages hair growth. It is a calming oil for the nervous system and can be used to treat anxiety.

Lavender (Lavendula Angustfolia) Pure Essential Oil 10mls.

Probably the best-known and most widely used essential oil, lavendar has a multitude of uses. Its calming and gentle, sedative properties make it perfect for treating stress and anxiety, and insomnia. It is effective against migraine, PMT, depression, vertigo and sciatica; aches and pains, sprains, lumbago and rheumatism; cramps, colic and nausea; cystitis, dysmenorrhoea and leucorrhoea; flu, asthma, infections, bronchitis and catarrh. It is one of the few oils which can be applied neat to the skin, and is effective in treating burns, haemorrhoids, stings, acne, bruises, lice, psoriasis, sunburn and scars.

Gentle enough to use (in weak dilution) on babies and children.  

Lemon (Citrus Limon) Pure Essential Oil 10mls.

An uplifting oil, used in the treatment of arthritis, hypotension, poor circulation and arthritis; digestive discomfort, flatulence and cramp; fevers, colds, flu, infections; asthma, throat infections, catarrh; greasy skin, acne, bites, herpes, varicose veins. Emotionally, it is helpful when we feel touchy, burnt out and resentful - encourages clarity and awareness.

May Chang (Litsea Cubeba) Pure Essential Oil 10mls.

This stimulating oil has a pleasant, citrus aroma. It is useful in the treatment of indigestion and flatulence; cleansing the atmosphere during times of illness, and as a preventative; treating mature, inflammed and greasy skin, excessive persperation, spots and dermatitis. It is a balancing and inspiring oil, bringing a fresh energy and clearing the mind.

Myrrh (Commiphora Myrrha) Pure Essential Oil 5mls.

A resinous, dense oil, used as a remedy since ancient times.
